Well this is going out to the 3rd party driver that came to my house and told me they couldn’t deliver my refrigerator to the 3rd floor . They said it wouldn’t fit but the sad part I told them it would if you take off the door his response are you telling me how to do my job ! The sad part is he said no one told him that the refrigerator was going to the 3rd floor he used all the excuses in the book . He will do it but if he scratches it he will not be responsible . I also order 65 inch tv that I didn’t get delivered either . I went in on June 8 th guys that help me where great . But the delivery I got June 10th at 8 am was the worst I have ever received. He refused to bring it up to my house and called custumer service she told me they don’t go too Third floor . I can’t make this up even if I tried . So I went to AbT same day and I received the same refrigerator with $100 off . And guys at ABT did an amazing Job you can google this on ABT because I left a review for them . And on Thursday I was delivered my refrigerator and today being Friday I received my Best Buy bill for $2590 . I didn’t get my refrigerator or my tv but I got the bill what a joke !!! Never buy your appliance from Best Buy go to ABT where their delivery drivers are there own not a third party source . I will email corporate because this is something that should never happen to anyone . Pure laziness and unprofessional delivery drivers from Best Buy that at the end did me a favor to never buy anything from them again !! Don’t make the same mistake I made just go to ABT they will beat and price match everything.

This rating is given after an extensive hours-long conversation with the customer service team, who sent me back to the store. I arrived at the store and was told that I needed to go back to the customer service team. My gripe is not with this particular Best Buy location. Best Buy as a company.

Tech questions or any problems with Tech or geeksquad will have u coming here. The staff is great plus they have a great selection of electronics, Tv's, and Ps5 games controllers. I like the selection only thing was that the some of there items are old. Overall if in the area check out 1000 W North Ave. This location in Lincoln Park is still a good place to visit if in the area. 🖥🎮
