Strengthen your muscles, pump your lymph to strengthen your immune system, encourage your organs to function fully, find flexibility in your body and mind, relax and balance your hormones. These classes will include physical poses, breath practices, energy awareness and chanting. All levels welcome. Please bring a mat and firm blanket if you have them. Dress warmly including socks.

When leading yoga the focus is on alignment, body awareness and learning to listen to your edge in order to increase openness, presence and relaxation through your being.
